Policies & Cancellations

Kids Summer Camp


Deposit $250 per camper must accompany a complete registration form.  Deposits will be refunded with the exception of a $50 Administrative fee prior to June 1 of the camping year.  It is camp policy that no refunds will be made for late cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or dismissals due to misconduct.  A single exception will be made for illness or injury to camper after full tuition has been paid.  A physician’s letter must be sent directly to the Camp stating nature of injury or illness to camper for partial refund.

Small Group Rentals

Groups with 49 or less in attendance automatically agree to allow other guests to occupy unreserved facilities and may share dining hall and recreational facilities with other guests.


Individual or Group cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to reservation date for refund (minus $50 Administrative fee).

ALL persons shall check in at the camp office when entering the camp property.

The camp facility will be closed January and February unless special arrangements are made.
