We'll take your breath away!

High Altitude Training Camp   July 17 - 23, 2016

 

This camp is based on a no-hassle, all inclusive price of $305 per person that includes three hearty meals, snacks, refreshments and activities for the week of camp.  We also offer transportation support for scheduled events, when necessary.  You pick your lodging preference from a range of accomodation levels and prices, and the rest is included in your fee.  Daily meal plans are available for early arrivers or anyone who just can't bring themselves to leave our beautiful camp. 

 

Lodging and Camp Registration

 

To make your on-line reservations - (please see lodging options below)

      1)   click Reservations-training camp.  This will take you to our Secure Online Reservations system

      2)   pick your date (July 17th or the date you plan to arrive)

      3)   choose the lodging options and dates you would like and enter Book

      4)   this will take you to the screen where you can add the camp part of the registration (High Altitude Training Camp 2016)

      5)   please choose the number of people you are registering for (1) and click Continue

      6)   fill in your payment information and Submit

 

       DEPOSIT - the amount for the first nights lodging will be charged upon making reservations.  The remainder of the lodging           reservation will be charged upon your arrival.  The camp portion of your registration will need to be paid by June 1, 2016.

    

If you are making individual lodging reservations, please make a separate reservation for each person. If you are making a reservation for a private Bunkhouse and wish to share it with other campers, one person will need to make the lodging reservations and add their camp package to their reservation.  The campers that will be sharing your bunkhouse will need to contact us with their information so that we may register and put them in the system.   Also, if you are sharing a private bunkhouse and would like to split the cost several ways, please contact us and we will be happy to accomodate this request.  

 

Please note that camp registration fees ($305.00 plus tax ) must be paid in full no later than June 1, 2016.  

 

Refund Policy - If a refund is requested for your camp registration before June 1, 2016 a full refund will be given.  If a refund is requested between June 1 and July 1, 2016 a 50% refund will be given.  After July 1, 2016, no refunds will be given.  If necessary the camp administration will consider emergency circumstances on the refund policy.

Bunkhouse - individual lodging

BUNKHOUSE  (GIRLS/GUYS) - Enjoy the rustic camping experience with the benefit of a comfy bed at night.  Wake up in the morning and step out of your door to the beautiful sights of the Lincoln National Forest.  Bunkhouse Cabins are convenient to the central bathhouse.  Bring your own linens and towels -$20/night/person -

 

Private Bunkhouses - small groups

Want to enjoy the rustic camping experience but prefer a little privacy - these bunkhouses are perfect for the family or small group and will sleep 6/8 comfortably.  Convenient to the central bathhouse.  Bring your own linens and towels - $150 to $175/night  

 

Tent Camping - individual lodging

Bring your own tent and sleeping bag and enjoy the beautiful night skies in the Lincoln National Forest. Convenient to the central bath house - $10/night
